Just fantastic. We asked for an early check-in, and the host kindly accommodated this, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need, including a kitchen and a washing machine. I also appreciated little touches like the availability of board games and shampoo – very nice! Also a big plus: the appartement is surprisingly cool even on the hottest of days. Loved it.

Peaceful Stay Near Saturnia termal water Great Value I booked this room a couple of weeks in advance as a surprise visit for a dear friend I hadn’t seen in nearly 20 years, who lives in Acquapendente. The location was perfect, not only for the reunion but also because it’s within easy reach of beautiful spots like the Saturnia thermal waters. The stay overall was very pleasant and the value for money was excellent. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—ideal after a long day exploring the area. The only small thing I’d mention is the lack of a fridge in the room. Since we stayed during the summer, it would have been helpful to keep our water bottles cool overnight. But honestly, for the price and the experience, that’s a minor point. Would happily stay here again when visiting the area. Grazie!

This place feels like a boutique hotel. Loved the house, located in the town center with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. You can see that a lot of attention has been put into quality, comfort and details in the property. Spotless clean, cozy and warm. The toiletries provided are 5 star and included in the courtesy kit are soft slippers. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful and allowed a late check out at no extra cost. It was definitely the best place I stayed in my entire trip!

Beautifully appointed apartment, in an authentic Italian street setting, which we found charming. The hosts have obviously spent a lot of time and effort making the apartment comfortable and welcoming, with excellent facilities. We were here for 4 days for a family wedding and it was the ideal location for travelling to and fro. Easy access to beautiful Lake Bolseno just 20 minutes away. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Very convenient location just off the main square. Very comfortable room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Having a good restaurant downstairs was a bonus. Ideal stopover for walking the Via Francigena.
