The central location and useful directions from our host meant it was very easy to get to from Perugia airport by bus and a mini metro. The room is a short uphill walk away from La Piazza and had perfect facilities for us. Simonetta gave us such a warm welcome that we would love to stay again.

We had a great stay here for 1 night. Giovanni was very good at communicating before we arrived and greeted us at the property. There was secure parking available. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to access the main town and surrounding areas. The street was very quiet and the area very very safe. We would definitely recommend this for a stay in Perugia!

Convenient to all transport, bus and train station are only 5 mins walk away. Small but perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable bed. The Pizza restaurant down the road was great value and had lovely food and friendly staff. Bus to Perugia was only €2. It’s very much uphill but we usually walked back in about 25 mins. The owners are available to contact at any time which wasn’t necessary but nice to know.

    Everything was perfect . Location very comfortable to see Umbria . You’re near to everywhere and very comfortable to relax . No need to look for a restaurant because place has the best restaurant in the town 😉

    The property is in an amazing location which is very calm and relaxing. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool is an amazing addition! Its also very close to Firenze and other big cities which is great for day trips. Lastly the staff were very friendly would go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
