Room was spacious and well prepared for the stay, and what's more important - looked way much better than on the pictures. We absolutely fell in love with its design. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I can't find anything negative, expect that there was no possibility to eat breakfast in this lovely blue room downstairs, which was truly amazing for us! We also had a dinner in the Osteria restaurant and it was great choice.

Francesca was very kind and hospitable and asked us multiple times about our wishes. She also provided clear instructions about reaching the place and answered promptly when asked about our time of arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was exceptionally clean and lovely to stay in. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend it to everyone searching for a comfortable stay in a wonderful location, including an amazing and varied breakfast :)

Everything was very convenient. The host promptly responded to our phone call, met us to hand over the keys, gave us a tour of the property, and explained everything thoroughly. After that, our privacy was fully respected. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was generously sized. The air conditioning system was impeccable! If you wanted to turn the apartment into a cool, relaxing, dim retreat after a hot and sunny day in the city, this was the perfect place to do it. :) The location was a major plus, as it was close to everything we needed, all within a 1 to 8-minute walk. There was even a free parking lot just a minute away on foot! An amazing pizza place in the same building (on the outside corner) made our evenings, along with a very cozy coffee bar just 10 meters away!

    Location was fantastic at the heart of the town. Convenient free public parking was less than 5 mins on foot. Property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was convenient that there was a private lift up to the loft. Gianni was very helpful and checked on us periodically which was very nice of him.

    The apartment has a great location, inside the historical city center. Everything is within walking distance, shops and free parking place is just within a few minutes walk. Apartment is very clean, and well equipped, really comfortable for a family. Kids left a tablet in the apartment and Carla helped a lot to get it posted for us.
