Very nice owner. Easy to find. The guest house has been newly renovated and the rooms are spacious tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and there is everything you need for your stay. It’s close to the train station and restaurants. It on a very busy road but it’s silent inside.

We stayed for 8 nights in the modern room and we really liked it. The accommodation is modern, located in a good area of ​​Olbia (it's a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, the supermarket is 5 minutes walk away). The cleaning is well done, both in the room and in the common hallway (you can smell a pleasant smell when you enter the room). We communicated very well with Riccardo, the information for check in and check out was accurate and sufficient. In addition, he gave us a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants that we should try. We highly recommend this accommodation and if we come back to Olbia we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

Beautifully decorated room with a balcony and not far from the airport. Bus stop #10 is 7 minutes walk away from the accomodation . There is a supermarket , a pharmacy, and some bars and restaurants near by. Very convenient if you have an early flight the next day. Also , a bonus was the coffee machine in the room.

Everything was perfect! The room was very spacious and it had everything I needed. The balcony was a really nice extra touch :) Room was also very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, she was super friendly and answered quickly. Checking in and out happened seamlessly. I really recommend this accommodation and would rebook if I ever visit Olbia again! :)

The accomodation is very nice and clean, the room was spaceous and even had a little privat terrace access. It's located only a few minutes walk to the center and is also perfectlt connected to the bus lines. The area is nice and quite and the the check in and check out were very easily handeled. I would defenetly book it agai.

    Well equipped, functional and beautiful apartment in a good location near the beach, parking was easy. In short, we were impressed. The host is very friendly and gave us complete instructions on how to get to the apartment via whatsapp. It also offers additional information regarding traveling in Sardinia.

    Very nice location in the nature with lots of animals (small goats, geese, horses, donkeys etc). Also the young dog Tito was very sweet! The owner and her daughter make the best of your stay with good local tips and a very very nice Italian breakfast! The breakfast during our stay contained nice homemade cake, quiche or crepes (next to bread, orange juice, coffee, nice marmelade). The room was very nice, spacious, well looked after.
