Well equipped, functional and beautiful apartment in a good location near the beach, parking was easy. In short, we were impressed. The host is very friendly and gave us complete instructions on how to get to the apartment via whatsapp. It also offers additional information regarding traveling in Sardinia.

Communication with our hosts was very good...we liked the fact that Manuela anticipated our needs and contacted us herself. Lucilla explained everything and gave us helpful suggestions. We loved the space and modern furnishings and the various common areas offer so much more than we expected. We enjoyed breakfast in the cafe nearby and also had a delicious takeaway pizza from the Sardinian gastronomy next to it. Bus stop perfectly placed for town/airport.

We stayed for 8 nights in the modern room and we really liked it. The accommodation is modern, located in a good area of ​​Olbia (it's a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, the supermarket is 5 minutes walk away). The cleaning is well done, both in the room and in the common hallway (you can smell a pleasant smell when you enter the room). We communicated very well with Riccardo, the information for check in and check out was accurate and sufficient. In addition, he gave us a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants that we should try. We highly recommend this accommodation and if we come back to Olbia we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

The room was fantastic! It looks exactly like on the pics. Everything is new, super clean, comfy bed, the bathroom is big and new. You got an amazing view over the garden with the olive trees. A small refrigerator is in the room, the tv is amazing too as you can connect all your apps ( we did it with our iPhones and it worked directly without any issue). Air conditioner is also working perfectly. The hosts were more than friendly and made us feel like at home. Travel time to Olbia city with a car is 10 minutes so it felt like the perfect place to relax and to be central. We definitely are gonna come back.

Fantastic apartment! Modern, clean, well designed, airy and bright place with everything provided to make for a comfortable stay. As a traveller it is the small things that count and Danilo our host has thought of everything.ie. streaming channels, bottle of wine, drying racks, outdoor setting, 3x small balconies and a well organised bins for garbage. The communication was very clear without being intrusive and the self checkin a bonus. We had no problem with the free parking on the street and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend a stay in Olbios Apartment. Thankyou Danilo

    Very nice location in the nature with lots of animals (small goats, geese, horses, donkeys etc). Also the young dog Tito was very sweet! The owner and her daughter make the best of your stay with good local tips and a very very nice Italian breakfast! The breakfast during our stay contained nice homemade cake, quiche or crepes (next to bread, orange juice, coffee, nice marmelade). The room was very nice, spacious, well looked after.

    Location is actually very close to all nice beaches and restaurants. Totally quiet and peaceful place with great owner. A great retreat from busy beaches and towns. Nice breakfast. Lovely walks on farm.
