The staff made sure everything was taken care of - the toilet wasn't working properly in the first room I was given so they switched my room and gave me a free breakfast to make up for it. The host Mariapia has been very welcoming and she gave us a lot of suggestions about exploring the area. The apartment was cleaned and tidy. We are a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) and having 3 big bedrooms and a lot of space (big living room and dining and very big kitchen) was appreciated.
