Thank you Ornella and Sergio for a delightful stay! Super friendly hosts who are so helpful and easy to communicate with and always available for advice. The flat is perfectly located in the hills with stunning views. So peaceful to be out of the city but easy enough to get around and back into the centre. There is a bbq with coal provided and they left us pasta and tomato sauce in the apartment which was useful as we arrived late! The pool is positioned with the view of the hills which was stunning! Such a lovely stay we definitely hope to come back. Thank you again

Great location near to the train station and to the city center. Modern and clean room and for sure value for money. The owner was more than helpful and gave clear information about the check in and the parking area that made it very easy for us. We had an amazing time. Everything was a perfect. The location was good, the room was clean, the facilities were good, and the view from the terrace was wonderful. Also most importantly, the host was a wonderful person. He shared a lot of information about Laspezia for us and was willing to help us whenever we needed it. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Laspezia again next time.

    The apartment is perfect; really nice ”old” atmosphere but modern equipment. Super beautiful! The location is perfect - in the middle of nature but just 15 minutes car drive to La Spezia. Our favorite was the breakfast; so delicious and fresh! Mariette is a lovely host and make our stay really comfortable.

    The location was close to the towns but far enough out the way so you feel very peaceful and relaxed. The views are breathtaking. The hospitality and attention to detail by Mariette, was amazing and the breakfast experience was one of the highlights and probably the best of any place I have stayed!

    It's in a beatiful location, in the mountains. But close to La Spezia. The house is very comfortable. And the hosts were always helpful, very easy for check in/out and gave us nice tips for restaurants in the area.
