Each room had air conditioning, and the newly renovated bathroom was spotless. The stuff running the restaurant and the hotel where all lovely and incredibly polite! The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was stunning. We regret not staying an extra day in beautiful Porlezza. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before.
