The staff were very ans always ready to help. I specially want to hightlight Giovanni, who took care of our breakfast during our stay, made amazing cappuccinos, and helped us with the boiled eggs. Elio was also wonderful, bringing happines wherever he went. The hotel's restaurant was excellent; we had dinner there twice.
