It was better than we expected! Extremely clean. Beautiful. It had all the commodities: nespresso with capsules, infusions, boiler, excellent hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, washing machine, iron, and iron board.. just perfect. They even received us with a bottle of water, juice, and a beer. Excellent mattresses and pillows, everything brand new. 2 mins walk from Trastevere, and there's an excellent supermarket right next to the apartment. Netflix, Prime Video and movies on the TV. Will definitely book next time in Rome!

Its a remote access room. I was sent all the access information directly to my phone via WhatsApp. Whenever I messaged them the replied promptly including when the electricity in the whole block went out (not their fault). Its a small simple space, ideal for solo or budget couples and the location is great. Probably not what you'd want for a long stay but for one or two nights its ideal. Coffee machine was good and there's a kettle for tea.

I had a single room, so it was small, but it was newly renovated, very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was (near the termini ) central to all of the sites I wanted to visit and make for easy transport around the city. Great budget hotel especially for a single traveller.

Spotless, very safe and affordable accommodation in a great location. Our lovely host was extremely friendly and helpful, even texting us recommendations of local restaurants without being asked. Unfortunately i can't remember her name, maybe Julia? She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was the other staff member Milena. The water and coffee facilities were great to have and the room was very clean and comfy. Great stay!

Although this property is more Zen than Ancient Rome in style, it was absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were the most comfortable, and the location was ideal. A very very good choice, especially for the budget. Thank you!

The staff are wonderful, very helpful and easy to deal with. The location is fantastic, only 5 mins from the Colosseum. Whilst the facilities are modest, the pricing is in line with the room. Our rooms were in perfect order and very clean. The bathroom was small, but spotless.

Excellent location. Very clean and well equipped room considering the low cost of it! This was the cheapest but best place we stayed during our trip to Italy. Bathroom was lovely, again considering price of room.
