This is a 400 year heritage building that one will be staying. It's on the 2nd and 3rd floor. While there are no elevators, sometimes staff is there to help in getting the luggage up. Room size are comfortable. Our room had a windows one could open. The check in was very smooth and since they had rooms they gave us early check in easily. ROBERTO Is the master of ceremonies here. You ask anything he is there to help. Breakfast is cozy and nice. It's not very large.but it's what one needs. Boiled eggs. Breads. Desserts. Great coffee. Juices. Cold cuts. Cheese. Spreads. Bread with toaster. Featured yogurt. Etc etc. Good breakfast. They even packed breakfasts for us because two days we were going early. Which is very sweet of them. And this they did it proactively. There is a code for main door and also the floor entry. Shower pressure was superb. Also was the hotel water. The room has a kettle with tea and coffee powders to use. The quality of towels is good. Quality of toiletries is excellent. They have a small shower but comfortable. A wc and a bidet and a wash basin. Beds/ mattress are comfortable. And quality of pillows is very good. Location. Is very very central next to San frasesco church and walking distance to all attractions. Lovely Irishman bar next door plus amazing restaurants all in walking distance. Really loved and will recommend to stay here.

This place deserves an 11 out of 10. I travel a lot, but I have hardly come across something so perfect! As I travel solo almost all the time, it was a treat to be greeted so warmly and taken care of so well by Amira. The room was absolutely wonderful, perfectly appointed, calm, simple elegance, tasteful and warm and the same time. If I ever come back to Siena, there simply is no other place to stay. Home away home. Hardest thing in our Tuscany trip was to leave this place.. It’s a beautiful place, in a perfect location. Clean, spacious, calm. Martina and her whole family were so helpful, kind and caring. Always smiling. It felt like we visited our distant relatives in Italy, more than booking a place to stay.

    A wonderful apartment in the centre of Siena. Spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed. A perfect location and only 100m from the Campo. The apartment was so spacious and the views from the rear balcony were beautiful, ideal to sit with a glass of wine and admire. Bruno was extremely helpful and explained all we needed to know. A restaurant and café just metres from the apartment. A fabulous stay to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we will be back to stay here next time we are in Siena.

    Perfect location, right next to escalators that take you to the Campo. The apartment was spotless, there was nothing that wasn’t thought of. A lovely space to chill after a busy day walking around Siena. Barbara the host was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

    Spotless, big space in a great location. Ideal for exploring the old town. Parking nearby which was handy (€35 for 24hrs). Super helpful host. Would certainly recommend a stay here, couldn't have wanted for anything more.

    The apartment was perfect very clean and modern. Ideal location right in the centre of Siena. Niccolo was a great host. Sent us instructions on how to get to the accommodation and was a message away if we needed anything. Highly recommend!
