We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Italy. The breakfast was exceptional — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented each morning. From local pastries to fresh fruit and great coffee, every detail was thoughtfully prepared and made for a perfect start to the day. The location of the villa was equally impressive. Nestled in a peaceful and scenic area, it offered breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere, yet was still close enough to charming towns and local attractions. We loved everything, it couldn't have been better. Our hosts were amazing, the actual place is wonderful and location was perfect. Easy access to parking and to lake Gards and its surrounding areas. Wish we had stayed longer, but having stayed, we will definitely be going back for another longer stay

This hotel was perfect from the beautifully served breakfasts and the staff were kindness itself. The rooms were super clean with fresh bed linen every day. The pool area was exceptional and surrounded by olive trees and lavender. The decor in the hotel was eclectic. This hotel is one of a kind and the owner so helpful and kind. I would go back any day and a truly great experience.

Having spent one night in a hotel on the other side of Lake Garda (which was awful), all we wanted was a few home comforts. Roberto was exceptional, he made us feel comfortable, his local knowledge and sightseeing recommendations were excellent.

    The room was small but comfy, great for couples or one person. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and was good. I liked the location, since I like to walk, and it is in a quiet place, close to several landmarks. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.
