Our stay at Barbara and Matteo's Guesthouse was amazing. We stayed in a very comfortable and clean room with a nice terrace. The breakfast was very tasty. All served products were fresh. We had toasts, boiled eggs, marmalade, breads, butter, orange juice, interesting pie (I've forgotten the name), and much more. And, of course a very good coffee. One evening, we were also invited to drink tea and, the next day, lemon liqueur. The hospitality of Barbara and Matteo is remarkable. They are very polite, quiet and interesting people. We also want to say something about Luna :). She is a German Shepherd. She is such a cute and kind dog. A very important point: for the first time, Barbara and Matteo asked us if we were fine to contact a dog, and of course we were happy to see her. In this guesthouse, you could sleep well, there is no problem with noises, and you can reach the center of Venice quite easily without any taxi or your own car. If you want to arrive at Venice Center, you can take bus line 5. It's only 15 minutes, and the ticket price was 1.5 euros. We can only recommend this accommodation! Thank you, Barbara and Matteo!

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and very kind! Also its 5 minutes from the airport. I recommend to take their airport shuttle because it will cost 15 euros for 2 people whereas a taxi will charge you 25 euros. Also the restaurant pizza place they have delicious pizzas!

Beautiful old farm buildings with so much character. My room was large and quiet with a very nice bathroom and it overlooked the large internal courtyard. The location is a very convenient 15 to 20 minute walk from Venice Marco Polo Airport and also close to the bus stop for the number 5 bus going in to Venice. The Hotel’s beautifully appointed restaurant is just up the road and return transport is provided free of charge. I had an amazing meal there with a lovely glass of Red wine and highly recommend you try it.The staff at both the Hotel and the Restaurant are very welcoming and friendly and are all service professionals. I also had the buffet breakfast in the hotel which had a great selection of things to choose from and was of a high standard as well as very good value for €8. A big thank you to both Andreou and Andy on reception who were extremely helpful to me during my short stay. I will definitely come back when next in Venice.

    Although there wasn't a lot around the hotel it was in an ideal location for an overnight stay, within walking distance to the airport. The rooms were basic however the hotel was very clean. There was plenty of choice on the buffet style breakfast.

    The staff were 110%! The rooms were spotless and felt new. Lift facility for upper floors. The Restaurant was fantastic - service and food/drink were superb. Location is close to the airport - ideal for stopovers, and shuttle is cheap and flexible.
