Carla is a great host! She took really good care about us and was always available, when we needed her. At the beginning she showed us the really clean and comfortable house and gave us some really helpful suggestions about the region. The house offered all advertised amenities, and breakfast / coffee was included. We felt well taken care of and thank Carla for welcoming us so warmly.

Absolutely amazing location, very close to station, amazing bakery next door as well as a well stocked supermarket, also it's close to a beautiful waterfall. This apartment really felt like home.     Breakfast was superb, and the restaurant where breakfast was served had fantastic views. Room was very clean. We had booked the attic room, which also had great views of the lake. Parking was just outside the hotel, but the spaces are limited. The location of the hotel is superb, the boat stop is several steps away, villa Carlotta is at a short walking distance. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would gladly stay here again.

    Very clean and authentic place. Location was very central( a bus stop just in front of the building and a ferry station very nearby). Although it is central, the room was quiet. The host Riccardo was very friendly and helpful.

    The staff were amazing so friendly. We arrived accidentally one day too early since we made an incorrect booking. They immediately helped us out. The location up the hill and parking facilities are great. The hotel was very clean. Everyone worked there with a smile. The breakfast was good , the dinner was decent and the wine amazing !

    Everything! The location was perfect, views were incredible!! Wish we could have stayed for longer. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. The whole of the property was always spotlessly clean and you can tell the owners take great pride in their hotel. Would definitely stay again.

    Amazing view from the windows and balcony, very spacious, spotless clean, all necessary amenities included. Anna was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Great location for the Greenway and other walks, for villas, short walk down to the shore.
