A beautiful home surrounded by amazing looking mountains all around and situated in a small, peaceful village. The house includes a balcony and a spacious, clean , modern inside. Amazing place to relax. Paolo is a great and helpful person. We arrived late because of a train delay, after the original check-in time, and Paolo personally came to pick up us and dropped us off later when we were checking out free of charge. There are very few taxis or busses so it’s a bit difficult to get to the property, but Paolo was a very understanding person and helped us as much as he could. 10/10.

We spent a family weekend at B&B TERRE ALTE. This is a beautiful small hotel, located in the center of the village of Buglio in Monte. We booked two double rooms. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, sparkling clean. Every day they cleaned, changed towels, and made the beds. The staff is amazing. Their care and concern were very impressive. We arrived very late at night (11 PM), and they waited for us and took care of everything we needed. The breakfast is special and delicious. A great wealth of things are served at the buffet, fresh and delicious coffee and most importantly - a feeling of wanting to serve more and indulge. In the lower storey of the hotel, there is an excellent fish restaurant (it's better to make a reservation, even in the off-season... we didn't, so we had to wait until the next day to go to the restaurant). In the same village there is another excellent family restaurant - don't miss it either. Undoubtedly one of the best places we stayed in Italy, we really hope to return here in the near future.

Spontaneously booked for one night we ended up at this fascinating, only briefly opened hotel in an ancient building from 1400 in Berbenno. Lovely modernized and managed by a very nice and perfectly caretaking couple we enjoyed our stay at this place with a fine breakfast the next morning. P.S.: do not forget to have dinner at the local Trattoria Traversi around the corner!
