Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Parking was very well organised though we had to pay. I particularly enjoyed the private onsen and the free ice cream, yakult and complimentary coffee machine. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay and if i do come back to Kyushu , i would stay 3 Nights instead of 2.

The property is very close to the main tourist attractions and the main bus terminal Kannawa - if you take bus 5 or 7, it would take about 15 minutes to/from Beppu station . We opted for the half board and we loved the meals provided by the ryokan. The hot spring options were good. Love the water temperature. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to stay close to the main tourist attractions.

The host is very kind. He patiently explained how to use the facilities in the house. He is thoughtful. On extremely hot days, he prepared iced tea and Popsicle for us. Besides, he even gave us some fresh vegetables he grew. The house is fancy with complete facilities, and there’s space to park 2 cars outside.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel , huge lobby, and room, friendly front desk staff who are able to communicate in English assisting us re room reservation issue due to unexpected health issue. Really appreciated. Dinner was the highlight with sashimi, wagu beef, hot pot with lots of seafood, countless little dishes of appetizers and finally the smooth custard.

The place was amazing. The room itself was spacious and completely new. The place was clean, the beds were really comfortable. It is also close to the station and city center. The communication with the owners was also good via message. I would definitely come back to this place again. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home—our whole family really enjoyed it. We especially loved being able to enjoy the hot spring right where we were staying; it was such a special experience.     The location was walking distance from a lot of interesting onsen. The host was incredibly kind, be sure to ask him for restaurants and onsen recommendations! The facility itself was homely and very pleasant, quiet too. All of this for a price which is honestly quite cheap. If I visit Beppu again, this is the place I'll return to.
