Amazing traditional house, stunning garden and interior decoration, large kitchen and multiple dining areas, washing machine and spacious bathroom facilities. This was such a suprise walking and and exploring the lovely house. Plenty of signs and guides on how to stay respectful of the property for foreigners.

The property is absolutely spectacular, much better than the photos. Rooms are newly remodeled and extremely comfortable. We had a view of Mount Fuji which was so special. You must eat in the restaurant, food was authentic Japanese.

New, clean and comfortable beds. Free car park and convenience store + restaurants close by. Toiletries and equipment provided were nice and new. Drinking water from tap and air purifiers available in the rooms. Nice set up and fun, amazing views of the alps and Mt Fuji around the property.

The place was a perfect little traditional hotel which exceeded our expectation. Although in a lively city it was a quiet place to rest and to enjoy the comfort of a traditional hotel. This will be my place to be when in Kofu.

Beautiful Japanese house in the cozy neighbourhood area. We loved it so so much! The owner 小林 is superb kind & friendly! Pretty comfortable, beds softer than most Japanese beds we encountered. Very spacious, gave us plenty of space to get our luggage sorted out. Very quiet location in the residential area, so the only thing you hear at night is crickets. You get assigned free parking spot almost right next to the entrance ( the apartment is on the second floor). On a good day, you can see Mt. Fuji from the city, I'm not sure if it's visible from the apartment. Within an hour's drive, there are plenty of great Fuji lookouts. Very nice owner, we were running a bit late with arrival due to traffic and there was no issue with that.
