Free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station. Loved the food and reasonably priced for the quality. Staff are outstanding, they work like they own the place, and making sure guests are all taken care of. Even having my luggage sent through Yamato transport was organised by them to my next hotel. The location near the Speedway and with stunning views of Mount Fuji was great, the staff were efficient and extremely helpful and the room was very good quality. We ate two meals at the hotel, the choice was Italian or Japanese, we tired both and were extremely impressed by both meals.
