Honestly everything was amazing. Great building, view, facilities, bedrooms, common room, clean and the price is ridiculously good. The host went above and beyond, driving me to the convenience store and bus station early in the morning, and sharing a beer with me in the evening and gave me the best restaurant recommendation. Location very good for Nachi Taisha too.

Outstanding location and accommodation. Right at the beach, seems like a popular local surfing spot. Charming garden in front - taken care by a host - graceful older lady. Thanks you for your beautiful orchid flower that made us feel welcomed. House is spacious and has all amenities you need (fully equipped kitchen, wash machine, etc.).

A beautiful place, the house was perfect and very beautiful. Comfortable and pleasant. The quiet environment, and close to the things that are needed (a konbini "family mart", bus and train station) ... the very nice beach and the perfect water. In addition, the gentleman, owner of the house, very friendly and helpful. I hope to return again. Thank you for everything.

2 minutes walk from kii-katsuura station. At night, there is no noise. Spacious room, comfortable futon and air conditioning adjustable. Both the rooms are side by side on the second flight of stairs. The toilet and the shower are after the first flight of stairs. You have a cooking space and 2 tables. Very nice and spacious. Easy check-in and check-out. Restaurant nearby with amazing food. Overall very happy to have rented this place.
