The view from our room was breathtaking and the indoor and outdoor private onsen was such a treat! The customer service was excellent from the time we arrived - Kaede and the team went the extra mile many times to make our stay very comfortable.

Perfect location close to Morioka station. Convenience store (7eleven) located at the entrance of the hotel which is super convenient by the way.. The view was really nice from the 11th floor. I recommend.

Fantastic hotel... Spacious with full amenities, in fact much more than enough. Stay as a stopover, enjoyed thoroughly not as a lot of love hotel but a most comfortable stay.
