A tranquil place in the middle of savanna with magnificent views on Kilimanjaro, birds singing since early morning on acacia trees and amazing people who make this please special and take care of you like of their own friends. We arrived in Emali and were picked up by a taxi and brought directly to the camping. We booked four nights in a tent but as we had no car and our backpacks would probably not fit in a tent, we had to change for a house (additionally paid). This place is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence, gate closed for the night and security (Sam) is always there for you. Brian (Lerionka) is a great host (he together with Sam and my husband organized beautiful birthday for me), an awesome cook (his food was delicious) and tour guide - he knows so much about the nature and enjoys sharing his passions with guests. We went on one-day Safari in Amboseli organized by Brian with a guide Isak (very competent guide with years of experience, highly recommended), walking tour (spotting zebras) on savanna next to the camping, hiking on foothill of Kili and even a cooking lesson with Brian. If you would like to relax, spend time in nature, enjoy the views of top of Kilimanjaro and get an authentic experience in Kimana and Oloitokitok, you should definitely stay longer than 2 nights. The grounds were beautiful, the views of Mt Kilimanjaro were breath taking, the pool was one of the nicest I have ever been in. We traveled with our kids, but my wife commented on how romantic it would be as just a couple. The food is incredible and plentiful. They will even pack you a big lunch if you're doing a full day game drive. The Masai on site are friendly and fun. And there are happy hour drinks and snacks everywhere you turn.

Great position, close to Iremito Gate (10minutes by car) Accommodation was nice furniched and clean. 3 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful outside area. This place is like In the middle of nowhere. You can see wild animal around, but accommodation is well guarded against them. Great if you want to enjoy calm time during visithing Amboseli NP. There is on man working in this place . He prepare for you great breakfast, clean the house and you can ask him for the lunch and dinner also.

Amboseli Discovery is simply incredible. The views of Kilimanjaro are breathtaking and you really have the feeling of being deep in nature. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive and helped us to organise our safari trip and other activities. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and with toilet and shower facilities - one of the best camping experiences I have had. We enjoyed incredible sunsets and sitting around the campfire in the evening and watching the stars.

The food was really good. Christine would have food cooked whatever time it suited us. Eco camp was in a great location with beautiful views of kilimanjaro from our bedroom window. (stilt house). There was also little bamboo monkeys roaming about the camp. Also I seen 3 giraffes in the field next to us. I couldn't believe it. Having a cup of tea watching giraffes. It was an amazing stay and we really enjoyed it. I would Highly Recommend Eco Camp. Well worth our journey from Ireland 🇮🇪🌍

Great stay! This place was created to provide a space for education and awareness for the Maasai community. During our stay, we were lucky enough to attend one of their gatherings. The site has recently started offering the option to camp in spacious tents. So by staying at this campsite, you're also supporting a good cause. The grounds are large and secured with fencing. It’s located right in the heart of the savannah. You can go on walks in the surrounding area with a guide and spot wildlife. The staff is attentive, and it's also possible to use the kitchen, which is a big plus. You shouldn't expect a high level of comfort, but it was more than enough for us.

Boasting mountain views, Elewana Tortilis Camp offers accommodation with terrace, around 16 km from Amboseli National Park. This luxury tent features free private parking and free shuttle service.

Staying at the Elewana Tortilis Camp Amboseli was a wonderful family experience! We chose Amboseli National Park because we wanted to see elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop, and we chose this hotel to make our trip even more magical! I won’t spoil the surprise, but everything was perfect—from the warm welcome to the service and the meals. We were traveling as a family with three teenagers and stayed in the beautiful two-bedroom family villa—absolutely stunning! I give it five stars, and if I ever return to Amboseli, I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation! Many thanks to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality!
