I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boxo Hotels in Diani, Galu Beach, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The property’s cleanliness was truly impressive, with every corner sparkling and well-maintained. The staff at Boxo Diani were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Shilingi, in particular, stood out with their exceptional service and warm demeanor. The entire team demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The unique container eco-hotel concept adds a charming touch to the experience, with comfortable and well-designed rooms that offer excellent insulation from the heat. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Galu Beach, allowing for easy access to the stunning coastline. The hotel’s amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and on-site restaurant, further enhanced the stay. The pool area was clean and inviting, providing a refreshing retreat after a day at the beach. Overall, Boxo Hotels in Diani, Galu Beach offers a delightful combination of cleanliness, friendly service, and a prime location. I LOVED this place. I wish I had stayed longer! I had a large beautiful room with huge terrace facing the main pool. Bathroom was massive with both shower and bathtub. All was super clean. Nice water pressure. Soft large towels provided in the room and extra towel for pool/beach given at reception anytime. Good working WiFi in rooms, common areas and beach restaurant. All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly, from security, housekeeping, reception, restaurant, gardeners... I felt very welcomed all the time. Food was also very tasty, and very reasonably priced! Many options to eat!

We had planned a family reunion of eight at Tichi villas. On arrival. It felt like home away from home. The welcome we received from the host Carol and her staff, Juma, Chef Kombo, Sophie, and Kelvin was wonderful. The compound is beautiful. The house is tastefully decorated. Everything was looked into with attention to detail, and everyone was always on hand, ready to help. The rooms were all a good size for all the family to fit in, and none of the rooms felt cramped. Outside the house, you have tuk tuks if you are not driving to help you get into town. The outdoor pool and hot tub was warm and clean, which we used daily and the children were always going in for a dip. We even enjoyed evening swims after sundown as it was cool and refreshing, and outside had good lighting. The house has air conditioning in all the rooms and an upstairs dining table to have meals as a family. The two master rooms upstairs facing the front of the villa have a spacious shared balcony, which was big enough to for a 4 seater table as well extra sofas for 5 persons. If you watched closely, you will see many monkeys passing by in the trees. At the front of the villa is a seating area large enough to hold 9 persons, and it was nice and cool there. Definitely request for chef Kombo. His food is delicious, and he is always ready to accommodate or guide you on the dishes to make. His chapatis, mahamri, lyonnaise potatoes, pork sausages, the list is endless. They all went down a treat. At every meal time, all the food was laid out on the table really well and covered up. The house is about 5 minutes straight walk from the beach. There are two lovely friendly dogs at the property (Rio & Ginger) We would definitely recommend this villa and we give our stay 10/10

John the chef was amazing and super accommodating, so were the rest of the team! Facilities were great, Wi-Fi was good, food was lovely. Could have done with more drinks at the bar ;) we had the junior suite and it was great, great view
