Everything was amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough. The food, the people, the service, the experience. It was well worth the price. They truly cater to all of your needs. I will revisit this review and update with more details but in short, a hidden gem!

This place is located just beside the Talek river and 2 minutes driving from the Talek gate. The owner is very nice the same as the staffs. We have total 5 nights here and we are satisfied with all the arrangements. All in all, it is over the expectation and worth the cost you paid.

I truly enjoyed everything about this property absolutely amazing.. the views the room, the location and staff but I must point out 1 specific employee Hassan… he is truly a gem Very dedicated and attentive to watching over my table making sure my friend and I had were ok….. Location is gorgeous with beautiful views into the savanna, with a pond with animals coming to drink. The house is beautifully decorated. The food prepared by the chef was great. Very friendly staff, specially Vincent and Peter.

Excellent price to quality ratio and very well located near the gate while remaining super private. The tents and shared toilets are amazingly clean, which is rare for a budget rented camp. You can see giraffes and zebras from your tent, which is incredible. Best of all has to be the staff - Nelson and the team are always ready to help and very friendly. The food by Chef Nelson is excellent and they’re very flexible to dietary restrictions. All in all, I was very glad I chose this place compared to other expensive lodges.

Mara Hilltop features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Sekenani. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service.

The staff was very welcoming, Leonard came to meet us by the main road to guide us to the guesthouse, John took us on a hike to the hill top so we could take in the Maasai Mara scenery. Edwin and Joy prepared dinner, and packed breakfast and lunch for us for the game drive. Beautiful campfire after dinner and the sound of animals in nature made it all worth it. Then the highlight of the trip was the game drive with James.

Super location with tents spaced out between private winding paths on a hill with a view. Dining area with fireplace and washroom. Tents with washroom also. Great dinner was an added bonus. This was super for a group of work colleagues visiting the park.
