Natalay was our superhero ! She was super supportive when a cab driver took our money. She informed security at exit, and we went after the cab on a hotel golf cart to recover from the driver. Clean and comfortable room in a new apartment complex. Amazing view of the mountain. Close to Sairan bus station so very convenient if you need to take the buses there. Host replied fast and was very accomodating. Located further from the city centre but you can reach them easily via the public buses
