We stayed at Ricky's for several nights in the two-bedroom apartment and had a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

The staff were exceptionally kind! Kudos to Rita, she was very friendly and gave me lots of great tips for Batroun! Location was good too and easily walkable to National Museum as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Having a rooftop pool was the best thing to have on a hot afternoon! Rooms were spacias and clean.

Just a short stay, but a wonderful one. The staff were friendly and made me feel safe as a solo female traveller. Walking around the neighbourhood and to Hamra Street was easy and felt safe too. The hotel airport shuttle was great too esp for an early morning flight!
