The service was exceptional. It was my birthday and I was given a cake on the day, which helped make the day that much more special. The variety of places to dine or go for a drink within the hotel met all our needs. The complimentary city tour gave us a great background to Colombo's history and was very interesting.

Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

I love everything. staff was super friendly, room was gorgeous and location was great. Just a little noisy from the main road. But its okay since I have an earplugs. If I come again definitely will stay here again, love this place. Additionally; architecture was lovely.

Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center of Colombo. The host was very friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and tidy. Beautiful quaint place in the city..a private 2 bedroom apartment for ourselves. The host was there to greet us and show us around this beautiful place, complete with a kitchen, laundry area , a private garden, a terrace to lounge...the whole place was artistically and tastefully done up....we fell totally in love with it..spotlessly clean....in a quiet area... ...we just wish we could have stayed here for a few more days. The homecooked food was just divine....kudos Dharshana.....thank you for making the last day of a trip so perfect...a dream home indeed
