We had a very comfortable stay at Kaas Villas, clean and cozy. Perfect location with very nice restaurants nearby, few steps from very quiet Dickwella beach and approximately 20 minutes walk to Hiriketiya Beach (a little bit crowded). Staff were very helpful, especially Pradeep - who was always eager to help.

Best Homestay we ever stayed in sri lanka. Everything is so modern and freshly made. No mosquitos or other bugs coming inside. We wished so much to stay longer but they were fully booked :( I would stay there min 3 nights if i could 🙏🏼🩷

What a lovely stay! It is only open for 3 months, this means everything is new and working, great air conditioning, hot water in the shower, possibility to cook yourself, fridge in the room, big balcony and a lovely owner who goes above and beyond. My boyfriend celebrated his birthday and he arranged a cake with his name on. A few minutes drive into town (also possible to walk).
