Fantastic place! The host, Nava, was very attentive and thorough. The room was clean, well furnished, good AC and fan. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Well priced - we would have happily paid more for our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Adi Residences. The Sri Lankan hospitality shown by the care takers, the kindest Aunty and Uncle, was incredible. From preparing us delicious cups of tea, to suggestions on where to eat and sharing some tasty home cooked food, it was like staying at a 'home away from home' throughout our travels. The apartments are new, comfortable and are equipped with everything you need and if something isn't there, rest assured uncle will be organising it for you in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much for having us, we loved spending time with you as we explored Batticaloa 😊

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be special. The wooden villas were a dream, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Waking up to those views was simply breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I needed. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

Resort was directly on the lagoon,and there was a beautiful cool breeze through the hot time of the day. Anything I needed was provided....I just asked. I was even able to use the fridge. Rooms are spacious and super clean.Resort is super safe and monitored by security cameras . I slept really well,there was no noise to disturb me. I highly recommend this property. It's fantastic value. Fishing and boating is possible also.
