Had all the facilities that we wanted. Outside balcony with table and seating with fan. Use of the kitchen. Free laundry. The nice chap that runs the place gave us a lift to the turtle sanctuary in his Tuk Tuk and also helped us get a reasonable price for kayak hire. All in all, a good place to stay.

What a wonderful stay I had at Villa Sandamedura! From start to finish I felt taken care of! The hosts are lovely people, they prepared delicious breakfast every morning, organized a boat trip in Koggala lake for me (which is something I totally recommend doing!), Sam was always ready to answer all my questions, and it felt like a real homestay with the right balance of hospitality and privacy that I needed. The room is big and quiet, the location is very nice - 2 minutes walking to the beach, and a bus stop right outside as well. Would definitely recommend it!

In this calm surrounding you have evertything you need. The beach is one stap far like the bus station. They got there own market and resteaurant. The family is verry lovely they even brought us the local (spicey;) food.

Spacious and clean rooms. The place is right in front of the beach with a beautiful terrace where breakfast and dinner can be served. The meals are super tasty and last but not least the staff is super friendly. The big plus is that during the night and early in the morning, the only thing that can be heard is the ocean :)
