Excellent property near forest which is very well maintained . The best part of our stay is our super host . He takes extremely good care of his guests esp my sick family member . Dinner and breakfast are SriLankan meals which we thoroughly enjoyed . He arranged safari for us with a talented driver who can spot even hiding animals . we had the best yet affordable safari with him

Every thing was exellent.The location is greatfull and the garden view is also very creative and beautiful. Very tasty food and very clean rooms and bathroom. I really love Safari . We should specially thank for the host , maika because he helped us in all the activities and he was very friendly. And also the safari driver. The safari was exellent. We enjoyed very well the wild life and we saw lots of kinds of animals,birds, etc... the safari driver is very friendly and cute. Marvelous garden and cozy bungalows (a special touch is the private bathroom, which is in the open). The owners are a gorgeous young couple, extremely kind and attentive. Was a pleasure to have a chat with them. Here we also had one of the best dinner in Sri Lanka.

I loved every minute of my stay at Hasthi’s safari cottage! The room was beautiful, the outdoor bathroom is so peaceful and Mum’s cooking was amazing!!!! I felt really well looked after, the staff always checking to make sure I was happy and even a delicious aloe Vera drink on arrival. My host even gave me directions to get to Ella on the bus and came to make sure I found the bus stop ok- this was so lovely! My safari trip was organised for me and they thoughtfully gave me snacks to take with for the early start. I really recommend booking your stay here! Thank you Hasthi, Family and staff!
