I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay at nalinda's. A warm welcome from his family, food is very good, bed was comfy. It is an ideal place to rest after stage 2. Also, Nalinda is a tourist guide and tour operator, so you can learn a lot from him and ask him to show you his region.

This is a carefully designed small cottage. Compact but very comfortable. Out door sitting areas, stoned carved seats and bath tubs, swings, tree house nets. Kids loved it. We loved the peaceful nature and the calm environment.

We had a very nice stay in this spacious and clean room with a super nice view from the balcony! Host was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was also great. Thank you!

If you’re doubting on whether you should stay here then this is your sign to do it! We absolutely think this is the kind of homestay experience that makes traveling worthwhile. We felt taken care of from the moment we arrived at Nanu Oya station (where the host waited for us with a cute name sign and his car to bring us) till the end when the owner dropped us of at te station. The owner is a wonderful tourguide as well, we went for a beautiful hike in the tea fields, his wife and daughter served us delicious food (really!) and our last minute laundry request was also no problem. They do everything to make you feel welcome. One of our highlights whilst traveling Sri Lanka. Go for it! Food was stellar!

Lovely old colonial house. Very clean & comfy. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. Our home cooked dinner was one of the best meals of our holiday. Great value for money.

The Grove's pièce de résistance has to be its breathtaking swimming pool. Positioned in a way that seems to merge with the horizon, swimming here feels like floating amidst the clouds. Offering views that are second to none, this pool is a slice of paradise where the water mirr Now, let's talk about the breakfast. In a word, it's spectacular. The flavors, the presentation, the freshness – everything was spot on. Waking up to such a scrumptious spread amidst the cool hill breeze and a panoramic view of Kandy's undulating landscapes is a memory I'll cherish for years. Though The Grove is a tad removed from the city's chaos, that's precisely its charm. The tranquil ambiance and the breathtaking hill views serve as a perfect antidote to the frenzied pace of urban life. In conclusion, if there's one place in Kandy where luxury meets nature and warmth meets wonder, it's The Grove. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here; it's worth every penny, and then some.

apartment with absolutely stunning views. The rooms are very large and comfortably. It's can accommodated group of eight people. The hosts, who live downstairs, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is at one of the highest points in Sri Lanka, and it's definitely worth the trip for the scenery and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended

The villa was simply amazing, with lot of space. The view from the balcony and from the bathroom worth! They served dinner and breakfast directly in the villa! They also arranged us a small tour to the tea factory and to the waterfall
