we had an amazing stay in Essaouira! The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, with easy access to the old Medina and the market. A special thanks to our host, Ayoub, who was friendly, welcoming, and also he ensures that everything was perfect for us. AMAZING. GENUINE. WARM. BEST HOSPITALITY/ Definitely, this is one of the memorable place to be remembered from my Eastern Marocco holiday 2023! First, one of the most friendly hosts I ve ever met in Marocco during my whole journey here. A cozy and a quiet place, a such an warm atmosphere in Médina of Essaouira. They makes your stop, even for a night spent in this amazing marocain coast city, so pleasent and amazingly comfortable. Incredible warm welcoming, helpful and kind, the owner was waiting for gave me personally all the information, assistance and support for all the information I needed. Great moroccan breakfast (even with the candle :). What I liked mostly, your deep attention for details, please keep it like that, the guests will love it. Hopefully I will be back soon as possible here Dar Awil!

A perfect stay in the heart of Essaouira I can't recommend this riad highly enough. Tucked away in the medina yet peaceful and calm, it offered the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and authentic Moroccan hospitality. Every detail was thoughtfully designed — from the beautifully decorated rooms to the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the sea and city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We felt not like guests, but like part of a family. Breakfast each morning was a highlight: fresh fruit, warm msemen, homemade jams, and mint tea served with a smile. The location is ideal — a short walk to the beach, the port, the souks, and all the best restaurants and cafés. Yet once inside the riad, it feels like a tranquil oasis away from the bustle. We’ve stayed in many places across Morocco, but this riad truly stands out for its atmosphere, warmth, and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back.
