Nice Hostel in the mountains. Super friendly hostel owner and nice food.

We felt like we were in the most modern house within a 100 km radius. It’s something you wouldn’t expect when looking at the surrounding villages. The rooms and bathroom were comfortable, truly up to European standards. The beautiful surroundings, friendly owner, and excellent breakfast added to the experience.

Incredible location, amazing views, great host and definitely the man for hiking advice! Siad’s hostel is in the perfect location for the cascades and exploring the valleys.. right at the top of the village on the path to the cascades, the last tall building with two terraces with incredible views across the valley and mountains. You park in the village then head over the bridge and through the winding streets, heading towards the cascades and it’s the last tall blue building. Bit of a walk so only somewhere for back packs and bags you can comfortably carry up steps! My room was clean, comfortable, great storage and amazing view out the window and on the balcony outside.. not en-suite but the toilet was clean and the showers powerful and wonderfully hot. Shutters to keep the room cool and plenty of blankets for the mountains nights. The terraces are insane, best views you could imagine, eating, drinking coffee or chilling with the sounds of the cascades and birdsong constantly around you.. the top terrace is the perfect place for the evenings and to cool off and have a snooze after a hot day. Best possible location for seeing the waterfalls, and perfect for popping to all the little cafes under the trees next to the water. Breakfast was simple but great, plenty of coffee, and Siad was a perfect host, incredibly accommodating, and with the best advice for hikes around the area and how to find the waterfalls.. i probably should have asked to be guided as I didn’t find the 7th but the longer hike as well was amazing With good WiFi I would have loved to be able to stay and work from here! Amazing hostel, great host. Not a 5 star drive to door hotel.. but one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at and it feels like a place in paradise.

Mohamed is a great host. We walked from Imlil to be greeted by him outside his cafe at the edge of the village. He gave us tea and made a delicious tagine before we headed to the property. The property was very clean with a nice warm shower. Mohammed was a great host and would sit and laugh with us for hours. We decided to stay a second night as we enjoyed his company and the property so much. He cooked a great breakfast and gave us some snacks for our day of walking. On the second night he took us down into another village in the valley that you probably wouldn’t visit to have tea with his friend. Beautiful destination in middle of the mountains. Lovely family.

Everything was great, it’s very beautiful place and the staff was very hospitable. It was a little beat cold at night.

The owner was extremely nice, and welcomed me directly after entering the village. There was great food, I had a room for myself, and everything was fine.

Simply amazing location, and considering this, very good facilities. Tacheddirt is a small village, high and remote in the Atlas mountains, surrounded by subsistence farmers and exceptional mountains. I recommend staying at the Tigmi and using it as a base to explore around the area. At least 3 days of walking nearby, all with wonderful views and friendly people. The accomodation is very good, and the host is very helpful. If you arrive by car, then be aware you cannot just park it next to the Tigmi (there is only one road in the village, and this goes around the outer edge of the village, so not past the Tigmi). I suggest you park somewhere on the road and ask the locals to walk you to the Tigmi (they all know each other, and they will help locate the owner to open up for you). Once you've settled down then discuss with the owner about dinner and breakfast (this is the only place you can eat in the village) and agree the price with him directly. We visited with children (9-14) and they also enjoyed it very much.

I had a fantastic stay at ATLAS HAVEN. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The place was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great place and awesome dinner and breakfast. The owners are very friendly and make everything to feel you comfortable. I got from Toubkal with a nail injury so was bit difficult to walk and they helped me to carry my backpack. Thank you guys again!
