Absolutely everything. Located 3-4 minutes walking from Casino de Paris, shops, restaurants and shopping center like across the street. The penthouse has an excellent view, big terraces, and it s extremely clean and spacious . The host is more than willing to help with anything and present instantly if contacted. I liked this property for several reasons: - it was very spacious - it was very clean inside - I walked quite a bit to the Casino and Hotel de Ville, and to the exotic garden, the princely palace and others, I took the bus very easy - it doesn’t have its own parking lot, but it is quite close to the underground parking lot at the gara sncf, which allowed us to leave the car there for 3 days - it had air conditioning, washing machine and clothes dryer, so we could do our laundry - the host was nice and left us 2 bottles of water in the fridge, micellar water, napkins and others in the bathroom, coffee capsules in the kitchen...

    You could not ask for a better location, right on the port, close by bus stops from and to Nice airport as well as local services. It is a walk-up - there may be a lift / elevator but I never saw it. Walkable to all points in Monaco (assuming you don't mind the hills - remember to use the ascenseurs publiques). No view to speak of but not a deal killer for me, I prefer the privacy compared to a hotel. Wifi worked, sofa and bed were comfy. Aircon worked great. Extremely well appointed kitchenette.
