The host is kind and understanding. The host is willing to wait until midnight to hand over the house keys. The transaction is also very easy, after booking, the host immediately chats. Regarding the house, the house is very neat and clean. The condition of the house exceeds expectations. The house is very comfortable, fast wifi. Great room and facilities. Loved the water cooler at the end of the corridor - so good to refill water bottles and not use the throwaway type!! Close to Sepilock and airport. Easy checkin and checkout. Many good restaurants and cafes nearby

This is the cleanest and nicest hotel we have been in Malaysia. We have stayed ih more expensive hotels and not one of them was that clean and nicely decorated and I recomend this hotel to everyone. There are a lot of restaurants near and this area is also very clean and nice. It is 10 minute drive from center of Sandakan.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The room was equipped with a good air conditioner, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower with easy temperature control. Like many Southeast Asian accommodations, the shower is located near the toilet, but the floor dries fairly quickly. The Wi-Fi worked well, allowing me to work and attend business calls without any issues. Self check-in with no staff on-site, but access was easy and the team is responsive via WhatsApp if needed. I recommend this accommodation because it's actually located in the more modern part of town, with all the necessary amenities nearby—supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The city center didn’t have much to offer in comparison
