The B&B is a beautiful Dutch barn conversion. It’s very comfortable with a stunning view over the garden and riverside which you have access to. Jikkemijn is a great host, helping us out with various things and her breakfast set us perfectly each day.

We loved the countryside location and yet it is so close to Utrecht city centre (30mins by bicycle). Very eccentric collections in the house which makes for interesting viewing! Beautiful garden at the back of the property. Two bicycles were ready for us and we cycled everywhere (even Kasteel De Haar). Belle Bistro were also a great restaurant next door. Lovely stay for my wife and I who needed a breather from the cities.

The boat house was exactly as shown in the photo and much nicer and very clean. The mattresses were nice and firm. Beautiful spot for relaxing and enjoying boat ride to the nearest lake. Robert was very responsive to any queries that we had. We were sorry that our stay was very short here, and we will definitely come back here if we come back to Netherland again.     Perfect location to get to know Amsterdam and Utrecht areas. Restaurant also went out of their way to prepare delicious food for us when arriving late one evening. Really good hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious and very clean rooms! Enjoyed our stay very much, will definitely return. Thanks!

    This hotel was a surprise for us!It was in an amazing location on the sides of a canal where many beautiful villas were built in a green landscape.The room was very spacious,clean and it had everything we need.Wi-Fi was good and parking outside of the hotel.Most of all we enjoyed our dinner in the hotel’s restaurant overlooking the canal!We will always remember this place!

    The location is excellent for people who love a calm environment. The walks/bike rides in the evening and in the morning are fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and the room (The Face) was spacious. The hotel is very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht.
