The location of the lodge is amazing. The cabins are basic but it really suits the vibe. It feels like you’re actually staying in the jungle. The owners are super nice & friendly. They make sure everything is perfect during your stay. It’s also possible to do walking & jeep tours through the National Park. The owner will be your guide. An absolute must.

The homestay was absolutely lovely - Hari's parents and his little cousins are so open and welcoming and the food was so yummy but the biggest highlight of this stay was the Safari walk through the National Park. We saw so many animals that would have been missed if we were in a jeep and Hari's knowledge of all the animals was phenomenal Highly, highly recommend!

This is the best guesthouse I have ever been to. Manoj and his family are adorable. The food is great, the room is cosy and i loved my walking safari in the jungle where I could spot many animals. I felt like at home and wish i extented my stay because it was so relaxing ;)

I spent wonderful days there, reconnected with nature and with the projects of the region. The people are very kind, the food is always very tasty and made with local ingredients. The place feels like home and is just on the edge of the national park. The owner made sure I had everything I needed, even though he wasn't there for the majority of my stay. Suds and Didi that help at the guest house were so amazing. Very caring and friendly and made sure I was entertained during my stay. Didi's cooking is the best I had during my travels in Nepal. This place might not be for people that like comfortable hotels, but I loved staying in a mud house and being this close to nature. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
