The check-in was very uncomplicated and everything was explained to us in detail. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The room is very large and clean. Also at check-out we were helped with the suitcases and our garbage (we had a lot of garbage because it was our last day in New Zealand) was taken over and disposed of by the host. Clean. Quiet. Handy and central to many outlets, restaurants etc. Female Receptionist upon check-in was amazing. Didn’t get her name. Upon entry to room, noticed our beds weren’t twin singles. Requested beds to be split, request was followed through.
