Up there with one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds featuring gardens, several pools, sports facilities and plenty of relaxing areas. The gym is phenomenal and I only wish I had brought my workout gear. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. We were celebrating a special occasion and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. A special mention to Sanjay who checked us in so warmly at reception and to Kay and Reham who looked after us so well during dinner. Also a big thank you to Joven and Jamira for their kindness. And to Nancy also! The amazing staff alone would make us want to return to Muscat just to stay at this hotel again.

Definitely, without any doubt, the best hostel in Muscat at the moment. The owner and the employee Brahim are exquisite and friendly people, ready to make you feel comfortable and at home. The common room is wide and with comfy couches where you can lie down and relax, talking with the other guests. Rooms were fine, comfy beds with lockers as well where you can put inside your bag. Bathrooms were good and spacious. Nothing fancy, but It's good for a hostel considering also the price. There is a kitchen as well where you can cook or have a black tea or coffee. Free water, tea and coffee. There is an outside area where you can chill as well. I've seen other hostels in Muscat and this one is surely the best one atm.

We had an amazing time at St Regis Al Mouj for a quick weekend gateway. I would give the staff 100+ star rating for the amazing service they provided from the minute we booked, to the warm welcome and attention throughout the stay. We had some issues with our booking upon check-in and Mr Mark Gregorio was our hero to shift everything around and made our stay unforgettable, even when our flight got cancelled he extended our room check out without us asking, a HERO indeed. Mr Zakariya AlKusaibi, a beacon of joy !! He ensured everything was booked and ready for us and gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants and cafes in the resort and gave us an amazing special tour around the property. The food in the restaurants was amazing, and how can we forget the amazing time we spent at Zorba Greek restaurant with the most beautiful view, ambiance, delicious food and top noche service by the staff. Many thanks to Mr Hussein and his wonderful team ! Last but not least, Ms Munia Douchy who took care of all our stay arrangements from A-Z we can't thank you enough for all your assistance and support throughout our stay and going out of your way to ensure that we are happy and enjoying our time. Although it's a soft opening, we've enjoyed most of the facilities at the resort. The fitness center was amazing, the pool can't be missed and the beautiful breeze coming from the ocean while walking on the beach was the cherry on top. We'll be back once again after the Grand Opening and we can wait to dine in the international famous restaurants that will open and spend a full day at the Spa ! :)

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is ideal, being very close to the beach, which made it convenient and enjoyable for daily walks and relaxation. The facilities were excellent, particularly the swimming pool and gym, both of which were clean, well-maintained, and added great value to the overall stay. The host was extremely professional, courteous, and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of the visit was smooth and comfortable. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and productive stay. The approach of the people work there was nice and solution centric. The room was nice and clean, big enough not to feel claustrophobic. It has parking spaces in two basement floors which is nice not to leave your car under the sun. Meals were delicious. It is a hotel that you should put to your list that you may be preparing to stay in Muscat.
