The staff were very helpful and always went above and beyond. We got an upgrade for my birthday to a pool access room which was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was amazing they had lots of options and you can order your eggs. The gym was good and had everything you need.

From the very beginning our host Haroun was generous with his time and accomodating our request for an extra two days. This was a last minute change to our trip and it was amazing how quick his response time was. The quant fishing village of Qantab is a place which feels like the Mediterranean in the Middle East. The village has a supermarket for most of your needs and is still very close and accessible to Muscat. The room itself was clean with all electronics and airconditioning working perfectly. It was easily one of our best stays this year and I would recommend it without hesitation to all. The only point to note would be to have a vehicle to get around.

Fabulous Location..Staff were brilliant..Amna at the reception was so helpful..the lifeguards Hassan,Saif and Sami were brilliant for advice regarding where to visit and again ever so Helpful..The breakfast team led by Sabrina,Fernando were amazing..Fantastic breakfast..Our room was cleaned and left in a perfect condition by Rabbi, Jessen and Ibrahim..We stayed for 16 nights and cannot fault the service. The property was super clean, all the staff in the hotel were really nice and friendly and helped us a lot during our stay in the hotel! I would like to give special praise to all the chefs, all the waiters, the receptionists, housekeeping and of course the ones working in the entertainment areas especially Ishaq!
