I am truly astonished by this hotel. Client experience is 100% top priority at this hotel. I had some special request and had a lot of different questions. Every question was very well answered and everyone kept looking for a solution until there was one. The refreshing towel and welcome drink were very kind! Breakdast was also very well done!! Rooms are very nicely done and clean. Restaurant is good too. This has been one of the best hotels in which I ever stayed in. This is highly recommended!!!

Our accommodations were a masterpiece of elegance, featuring breathtaking views of the Panama City skyline and the Pacific Ocean. The room was adorned with sophisticated décor, highlighting the unique blend of French art de vivre and local Panamanian heritage—a true feast for the eyes. The birthday celebration surpassed all expectations. The hotel's culinary offerings were a culinary delight. We savored a gourmet dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants, where each dish was meticulously crafted with local ingredients and international flair. The personalized birthday dessert was a delightful surprise, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Whether arranging special excursions around Panama City or offering insider tips on the best local experiences, their dedication was truly remarkable. Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo's amenities are tailored for indulgence. We pampered ourselves at the spa, where expert therapists delivered rejuvenating treatments amid a serene atmosphere. This place was straight up brilliant! Very clean, modern, BIG room, and BIG bathroom, excellent shower head and has washer/dyer (so convenient). Great location in the old town, the building is right on the water so the views are amazing. The sound of the waves in the morning was perfection! Another one of my favourite accommodations I have stayed in. I highly recommend staying here!
