Were extremely helpful in sorting out medical support for our son after he fell ill after the Machu Picchu trek, including driving him to the medical centre. Room was very comfortable and clean- I especially liked that the toiletries are sustainable and locally sourced (shampoo and conditioner bar & soap). The staff were amazing, they patiently answered all my questions and went the extra mile for me by preparing a breakfast bag the day I was leaving early for Machupicchu.
