“Metropole Hotel is one of those places in Murree that instantly makes you feel welcome. The check-in was smooth, and the staff remained courteous throughout the stay. Rooms were neat, with comfortable beds and all the basic facilities you’d expect. What stood out most was the location — just a short walk to Mall Road yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The mountain views from the property were a treat, especially early in the morning with a cup of tea. Overall, it’s a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and value for money. Definitely worth considering if you’re visiting Murree

The breakfast was great. The property's caretaker who stays there, took our breakfast order every morning and could also accommodate our request for extra items at reasonable prices. The place is very peaceful if you want to detox and have some you time.

Staff very friendly, Room very spacious, bed very comfortable, location was 10/10 short walking distance from mall street but perfect location away from all the noise. Also AC was able to be changed to any temperature and the TV you could access Netflix which was also nice. The overall Vibe of the hotel was great everyone was very friendly.

Its a wonder place and location is awesome, the staff was so helpful and really polite. The Manager/Owner Mr Ali was a gentleman and he is there for make sure that his guests are comfortable and enjoying every moment in his property. Its for sure a place for stay and comfort and for peaceful environment. Not very far from GPO murree infant it's round corner from Mall road murree. I strongly recommend international or National guests to come and stay in this beautiful Rest house.

All amenities are available in the room and the complimentary buffett breakfast was delicious and with many options. I would highly recommend this place for a luxury stay in Murree.
