The service is excellent and the food is phenomenal. The hotel is rather simple but has everything you need and this high service level is hard to find in Rwanda. Staff speak good English and are very helpful. They packed our breakfast early so we could eat in the car.

Great little hotel with good facilities. Newer building, clean bath w hot water, kettle and tea/coffee in room, nice public areas, WiFi and breakfast incl fresh orange juice, friendly staff who were responsive after request incl accompanying to local restaurant.

Original huts with beautiful interior and very spacious. The toilette and bucket shower (hot water included) were easy to use. The food was especially good and the view and garden was wonderful. The service was very good and communication easy. The road to the hut is absolutely okay as long as you have an elevated car with four-wheel drive. We would have loved to stayed longer than one night.

    I liked overall the hotel for a budget short stay. I loved the manager, Emmy, a wonderful person, very polite and sociable. We had dinner together and long interesting talks. I also liked the decor in the inner atrium of the hotel building: There is at the highest point an extraordinarily large red and white fabric and huge handmade baskets hanging from the roof. Great African idea!
