Relatively a NEW hotel near the famous PULLMAN ZAM ZAM HOTEL, which is at the SOUTH-SIDE of the Masjid. I had booked twin bed and like most reviewers have commented, YES! the size of the room is apparently very small for 2 persons. But the comfort of the bed and bathrooms have sufficed the mini size issue. Umar at the reception was professional and quick enough to check us in. Walk to the Haram (gate 365 is the nearest one) is approximately 3 minutes and then walking all way inside the masjid takes another 2 minutes so overall 5 minutes. The famous AL-BAIK is nearby as well as basic grocery general stores. Breakfast is offered to EVERY single person living at the hotel (Complimentary) - the breakfast hall is big enough to accommodate approximately 40 eaters at one time. WiFi speed was VERY VERY FAST (I was getting up to 130 Mbps) - on the 6th floor ** No wonder, ladies gate is FAR away but ladies can EASILY pray under the shade outside the masjid; this may be an issue during the summers but in cool weathers, they can pray outside. The whole idea of visiting this mosque is the GREEN DOME which is why most the travellers prefer staying nearby, otherwise if you stay at the NORTH side of the Mosque, then it will be a long walk for the men and women (more for women) ** NOTE: in order to visit the Riaz-ul-Jannah (green carpet area), one has to book appointment (as soon as possible) using NUSUK app. The entrance for this is located near Gate 366 (for both men and women) OVERALL, a superb stay!

Excellent location. outstanding customer service Asma from reception and Shams and Raju from House keeping are stars. definitely my preferred hotel whenever I am next in Madinah Insha Allah. We got the Rooms with Haram View and they were superb.

I like everything. Customer services were excellent. I got WhatsApp message before landing, and it gave me complete support until I left. Both guys Raqeeb and Saeed (if I'm not mistaken) were excellent in helping everything. 24 hrs help and support were available. I was initially looking for property very close to harram, but only this property's exemptional reviews made me choose it. And I admit I these reviews were exact. Taxi takes a maximum of 15 riyal to get to harram and 15 to come back. Don't give more. I used Uber, and it's perfect. As far as food is concerned, I used the delivery app HungerStation for food and grocery as well, mostly if u spend min of 30 riyals, delivery is free, so its fine. I'll recommend club sandwiches of "Cacao and more" Go ahead and book it 👌 One apology to Raqeeb and Saeed, I wanted to give you guys a tip, but I had limited riyals left, which were enough for my taxi fare to Jeddah airport. I should have given you £ but I realise it late. But next time inshaAllah I'll compensate it.
