    I honestly don't know why this place has relatively low score. At affordable price you have your own room, with very comfortable bed, ac, fridge. It's clean, there's toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, towel, parking for motorbike(which is the only proper way to get to Phayao😎) and the location is great, 2 min walk to the best part of the lakeside.
