This hotel was just perfect for us, so relaxing and peaceful, the staff are all lovely and if you need anything the owners are happy to help, the rooms are apartment style and a fridge and kettle are provided, the turkish breakfast along with unlimited tea and coffee was amazing 👏 The location is good and not far from the river or town an easy walk, The hotel will do hot snacks for you washed down with an efes or soft drink. There is a safety deposit box and air con provided in the rooms, The hotel has a lovely garden and resident dog 🐕 and cat 🐈 We spent 2 weeks here and would definitely go back.

Hospitality was fantastic. We have stayed here before in the Villas. Spacious, great pool and also a children's pool. Really nice Turkish breakfast available at extra low cost. Good 20 min walk to the centre of Dalyan but all flat surfaces. Quiet and tranquil. Hussein and family couldn't be more helpful.

    This is a cheap hotel in Dalyan and well worth it's money. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are basic but very clean, English TV (if you want to get out of the sun). The hotel has a lovely bar/restaurant (it only serves food up until 5pm) and most of the prices are cheaper than town. Two pools - didn;t have to get up early for a sunbed !! Made to feel very welcome will definitely return. Very close to town.

    Absolutely perfect location with a fabulous host who helped us with so much. Literally 5 minutes walk to restaurants and river and a small supermarket just 1 minute away. Pool was very refreshing and very clean. Brilliant air conditioned too. Would highly recommend.

    The villa is in a great location <10 minute flat walk to Dalyan centre, with a local shop just 1 minute away. It's very spacious, and having 2 separate bathrooms and a second lounge makes it ideal for sharing. The villa is well equipped and was very clean. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. Valentin, the owner, was very responsive and helpful, and organised an airport transfer for us. Overall we loved our time in Dalyan!
