Absolutely nothing to complain about. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast offerings. Excellent, comfortable room with all the required facilities. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Two minute walk from the subway station (very handy). Good value for money considering NYC prices

Very nice, modern, comfortable and clean room. It feels like it was renovated last week. I also happened to get a room on the 9th floor so the view was also great. The hotel is 200 meters from the station exit. This was a perfect stay and choice of hotel. I will choose the same hotel if I visit NY again.

As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel.     I liked the location close to the metro station, great connection to Manhattan. The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, helpful staff, great manager. Breakfast included. Hot and cold drinking water available 24 hours a day.
