The property was close to waikiki beach, only a couple of minutes walk. Close to public transport and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious as it included a large patio. The property also had a lot of amenities which was perfect for our family. The building had its own mini mart and cafe. The kids loved the pool and playground which was a few steps from the front door. The apartment has 2 huge TVs and wifi, you will never get bored. The best thing is also that its been newly renovated so it had modern facilities. Its a very family friendly apartment which also includes beach equipment so you dont need to bring bulky surf boards or body boards.

I had a very quick stay at The Equus while on a two day layover in Honolulu. The staff is incredibly friendly, you can count on them for all recommendations of best spots for breakfast, or which beach to go to. Linelle, Linette, and Lincoln were super thoughtful and helpful.
