Location was very good for a stayover for 1 night when heading out early. We did not use the breakfast so can not judge on that. Value for money was very good at least and the staff was very helpful!

The place is well kept. It has a friendly and cozy atmosphere.
Very accommodation staff.
Tastefully decorated room.
A small walk-in closet.
The location allows easy access on foot to restaurants and shops - including several with groceries and there is even Laundromats.
Decent breakfast.
The place is a gem and an absolute bargain.

Waffle was good, milk, fruit, juice and cereal were fresh. Good location, near good restaurants. Friendly staff, nice room, cute, clean with a comfortable bed and pillows.
